As quality Linen Manufacturers we have a long family tradition reaching back to 1820 when the Company was founded in Lurgan, Northern Ireland by Johnston McCaw. His grandson R.J. McCaw formed a partnership in 1904 with Harry Allan , an old Lurgan College friend, and it was this family alliance which shaped the future development of the company.
Over the years we have extended our range to include other fabrics, new fibre combinations and new product and design ranges to best meet needs and requirements in this modern-day environment but, true to our philosophy, these too are predominantly natural materials and are all manufactured to the same highest quality standards .
In recognition of our continuing commitment to the highest standards we were awarded the Royal Warrant in 1998 as manufacturer of fine Bed Linens to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, an honour we still retain
For our 2011 collection we are working with designers such as, Julie Dodsworth, Emma Ball and Annie Tempest, Annie is one of Britain's best loved cartoonists.
In 1993 Annie Tempest embarked upon her current internationally acclaimed cartoon strip 'Tottering - by - Gently'for 'Country Life Magazine, McCaw Allan have produced a new range of Kitchen Co-Ordinates and Tea Towels with these winning designs.
