As quality Linen Manufacturers we have a long family tradition reaching back to 1820 when the Company was founded in Lurgan, Northern Ireland by Johnston McCaw. His grandson R.J. McCaw formed a partnership in 1904 with Harry Allan, an old college friend, and it was this family alliance which shaped the future development of the company and provided the bedrock for McCaw Allan & Co Ltd as it is today.

We are proud of our history and the fact that we are still a locally based, independent family company. To this day we combine the best of traditional, skilled craftsmanship and contemporary design with modern manufacturing processes and technology which, like the natural fibres we use, are environment and user friendly.

In recognition of our continuing commitment to the highest standards we were awarded the Royal Warrant in 1998 as manufacturer of fine bed linens to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, an honour we still retain.

Over the years we have extended our programme to include other fabrics, new fibre combinations and new product ranges to best meet needs and requirements in this modern-day environment but, true to our philosophy, these too are predominantly natural fibres and are all manufactured to the same highest quality standards.
